Today we’re going to learn about the letters D, E and F. So let’s have a look at the letter D first:

D as in Diesel Clay. Callie makes beautiful pottery – luxuries for everyday is how she describes her creations and that’s exactly what they are. My morning tea just tastes a bit better from on of her mugs.

Donna D Store has to D’s in her name and specializes in Viking knit as the technique of weaving wires into gorgeous jewellery is commonly known. Each piece is unique and expertly made.

Danielle’s passion is fine art photography. In her Etsy shop Dotty Photography you can find her lovely art to decorate your home. Oh, I wish I had endless wall space for these beauties!

Mhhhh, did someone say Drizzle Honey? What good would all the pottery for our teas do if we wouldn’t have delicious raw local honey to sweeten the tea?

Dubbele Dutch are Elizabeth and Amanda. They knit anything for any occasion and it’s always the prettiest knit. With the first leaves turning yellow, you know you’ll need a new toque some time soon!

And we’re on to the letter E. E as in Elisa Marie of Ellie Greets draws colourful and bold designs on greeting cards. How fun! Even better: her colouring book for adults. I can’t wait to start colouring.

Oh my, The Ellebeetree is Lesley’s baby and just look at all those lovely things! From floral fabric pouches to pillow cases that have been decorated through image transfer – this is a handmade lovers heaven.

So E was pretty easy, wasn’t it? F is up next. F as in Fehu Design. Freyja uses only natural dies that she creates herself to give her wonderful leather creations those unique hues. My absolute favourites are the silver and gold cuffs – she uses real leaf gold and silver for this look. Just perfect.

And our last vendor for the day is Carly of Folly a Tet. Talk about fun colours, fantastic textures and gorgeous designs! Her wearable felt art is one of a kind and I for one, can’t wait to start shopping.

A quick recall to the letter B before we move onto the letter C today!
B is the second letter in the alphabet and we’ve got a couple of amazing artists and artisans whose name starts with this beautiful letter.

Bronze and Butterflies is the brand of Chrystal who makes the most adorable jewellery with unusual materials and up-cycled elements. Oh, this is so pretty!

Sarah of Bubblegum Sass is the designer and maker of the sweetest, most colourful home decor and accessories. She uses fun fabrics, lace and buttons to manufacture her unique creations. This will definitely make any home cheerful!

Candice is the creative mastermind behind Buttercream Clothing. Her ethical designs are made in Canada and so fun, comfortable and flattering! Oh and did I mention comfortable?

C as in Catfriendo. The super lovely Sam of Catfriendo makes hand-cut paper art. It is so delicate and delightful. How is she even able to do that without cutting off her own fingers?

Chika Ando Illustrations is another one of our amazing artists. Chika, who is originally from Japan, draws whimsical images that are to the point. I heard one of her customers say: ‘It’s like she lives in my head.’ and I can only agree.

You can even find two Cs in Clockworks Canada. Shannon creates wonderful oversized wall clocks. Most of her creations are one of a kind and oh boy, do I ever want to make room in my house for one of those beauties.

The artwork of Angela from Comrade and Kin is inspired of the great outdoors. The delicate lines, the almost life-like animals, you feel the connection with nature immediately.

Fun, bold, bright and maybe a little bit crazy (in a good sense) is what I would call the greeting cards by Crafted By Lindy. If someone you know is sick, I promise, one of her cards will make them feel better in an instant!

The last vendor with C for the day is: Critter Transmitter. Sam’s absurd and funky drawings come in any form or shape, from skirts to phone cases and wooden paintings. They’re definitely unique items for unique people!

Can you guess which letter we’ll learn next time?

Do you remember which letter we learned last week? It was the letter A as in Archer And Antlers. Kelsey makes the cutest organic kids clothing, oh how adorable!

Another reminder of the letter A are Avalanche Artisans who craft only the finest shaving products from sustainable materials. This is where you’ll find some sweet stuff for your man, ladies.

Alrighty, now today we want to learn about the letter B. B as in beautiful, brave or brilliant.

And brilliant is how you would best describe Balay Decor and their rustic and industrial home decor.

The letter B can also be found in:

Beadrien – which is a fun pun about Adrien and her passion for lamp-work glass beads. Beautiful beads.

Bears for Friends by Oxana are the most darling little collectible bears and other animals that are not only meant for kids. I mean, look at those teddies!#
Beatnik Vinyl is Kristin’s baby and she sells vintage vinyl records. Sometimes, when the records are just right, she chooses to up-cycle them into the most awesome coasters. Sweet!

I think you’re getting the letter B by now, but let’s just make sure and have a look at these three vendors:

Becky of Becky Warren Designs is not only beautiful but also incredibly talented. She designs super funny animal-themed greeting cards & sometimes also custom portraits of your beloved pet. Yay!

Berry Island is Stephanie’s creative endeavor. She embroiders, she makes felted pompoms & she makes the best mosaics from beach pottery that she salvages.

The last example of the letter B today is Billie Boon Vintage. Katie collects so much high quality Scandinavian and Canadian vintage that she has to sell them. Oh and we love it, what better than Nordic style?

So today we’re going to learn about the letter A. A as in AWESOME because that’s what our vendors are.

Or A as in Adorn Infusions. Lisa makes wonderful beauty concoctions with natural ingredients ‘to enhance something already beautiful in itself’.

Then there are Adrian Martinus, two brothers with a penchant for skateboards, recycling and wood works. How does that fit together? Well, have a look at their gorgeous wood works made from recycled skateboards.

Another vendor with A is Anne Tranholm. She draws her incredibly precise geometric art by hand onto shrink plastic and turns them into super stylish jewellery. Absolutely amazing!

Can you think of more vendors with A? Oh, I can: Aries Earth Canada. Melody has been addicted to clay as long as she can remember and look at the beautiful results!

Agnes in August is mountain inspired string art that will makes your heart jump a little. Kourtney just wanted to create a piece of art that showed her families love for the mountains. It ended up being so popular that she opened her own Etsy shop. Now, how cool is that?

And we will have Alora Boutique joins us at the market. The mother and daughter team creates meaningful jewellery that is inspired by their Ghanaian heritage and symbolizes a message of positivity, love and kindness.

We will learn about three more artists with A today! So there are:

Amanda Parker started out as a designer, then fell in love with glass and finally had to admit that her excitement for the arts doesn’t have any limits. Today she makes brilliant jewellery and home decor from polymer clay, cold porcelain and even recycled materials.

Anxiety Aids is more than just another paper company. Renee started making planners after her therapist advised her to get a system of organization to both manage her attention deficits and also quell the anxiety that she was struggling with. It worked. And just look at how pretty and functional they are!

Last but not least, we will have Ashley of A Pear’s Vintage Goodies join us. She collects the cutest vintage children’s items for us to choose from. So adorable.
